Refund and Cancellation Policy

As Mslocksmith, I strive to ensure my clients have a clear understanding of my fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies. Please review the following terms carefully:

Refund Policy
1. Duplicate Payments: Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments. If you believe a duplicate payment has been processed, please contact us immediately via email at locks@mslocksmithlocks.com with proof of payment, and we will investigate and process your refund promptly.
2. No Refunds: Except for duplicate payments, all sales are final. This includes digital products, memberships, and subscriptions.

Subscription Policy
1. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are set to renew automatically. Prior to renewal, an email reminder will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
2. Cancellation: It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue. Cancellations can be made via https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/5kAdSI5vKa43f0QcMM
3. No Refunds on Renewals: If your card is charged for a subscription renewal and you have not canceled prior to the renewal date, no refunds will be issued.

Fulfillment of Digital Products
1. Delivery: All digital products are delivered via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
2. Email Accuracy: Please ensure the email address you provide is accurate to avoid delivery discrepancies. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or outdated email addresses.
3. Support: If you experience any issues with receiving your digital product, please contact us via email atlocks@mslocksmithlocks.com for assistance.
